Atomic Blonde (2017) looks interesting. Here comes Jasmine Bourne, err... I mean Lorraine Broughton. Wink

On my To-Watch list, too.

Charlize Theron is over 40 but still looks great. I remember watching her for the very first time in The Devil's Advocate (1997). To me, she is definitely one of the best Hollywood actresses.

I watched The Circle (2017) last night.

Given its rather low rating, I truly did not have any expectation at all before watching the movie.

Even though many of the social gathering scenes were kind of predictable (and definitely not my cup of tea), I found Emma Watson very sharp -- her acting was actually very good.

Some of the ideas briefly touched by the film, such as knowing the will of the entire nation instantly, are advanced topics of social and political sciences. I wish that the film explored such serious topics in detail. (If so, its rating would be much higher!)

Nice film, it kept my interest until the end. A scary thriller for all the family. Wink

I think it fits well here: films about computers.

A relatively-low-budget action thriller that is actually quite entertaining:

Just remember to bring a loaded pistol, a loaded rifle, a fully-charged electroshock weapon, a bulletproof vest, a fully-charged satellite phone, and other survival gear with you if you ever want to go hiking in rural Australia.

Confused Wink

Smart advice. Unfortunately it probably applies to Americans only, as other nations are too retarded to allow guns for civilians, not like in movies.

Well, my advice was meant to be a joke -- given the violence depicted in the movie.

A low-budget thriller that is again based on the isolation device:

200 Degrees (2017)

One of the forum members would probably like such a "one man band" movie.

A low-budget war thriller that is again based on the isolation device:

I wish that the movie had more action scenes and less talk.

Already watched. To me, it was a so-so sci-fi movie. Most of such low-budget AR-oriented films are not my cup of tea. Maybe I am too old for the AR tech, which always makes me feel dizzy.

Just watched. The story was average and kind of predictable. But what disappointed me most was the beginning scene -- the slightly younger "version" of Antonio Banderas did not even look like him! Nowadays, a little bit of CG, which does not cost very much, can easily fix such a problem.

A relatively-low-budget adventure drama that reminds me of the action-based sci-fi movies in the early 1990s:

Science Fiction Volume One: The Osiris Child (2016)
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt4536768/

The beginning 25, 30 minutes is actually quite good. The middle is a bit boring for my liking. The ending 15 minutes or so is also good.
