Version 0.3 New Functions and Structures added: plGetExportsInfo plGetImportsInfo plLocateMapOffset plLocateOffset plUpdateExportsInfo plUpdateImportsInfo PL_EXPORTS_INFO

Splitted the plGetPeInfo function by moving the Import Table handling part in two functions:

           plGetImportsInfo and plUpdateImportsInfo.

	Fixed a bug in plGetPeInfo when you use the PL_POINTERS structure.
	Fixed a bug in plGetSectionInfo and plUpdateSectionInfo.Very big bug indeed.
